Welcome to Sled Team ("The Service"), a web-based service platform operated by Sensible Syndicate LLC. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you,” "user," "Customer") and Sensible Syndicate LLC ("Company," “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the sled.team website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto. You agree that by accessing the site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.
By accessing or using our service, you represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and are legally capable of entering into this binding agreement. You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
At Sled Team, we respect the privacy of our users. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. Delivering the service here is understood to also include analytics and infrastructure services necessary for the delivery of the service.
Customers residing in areas covered by local privacy laws such as the GDPR, CCPA, etc, may email help@sensiblesyndicate.com, from their registered email address, to request the full deletion of their account if desired. In the event of such a request, Company provides no guarantees that a deleted account can be later restored.
As a user of the Service, you agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account. You agree not to access or attempt to access any of our services by any means other than through the interface provided by Company or to engage in any activity that interferes with the performance or functionality of our services.
Some aspects of the Service are provided on a fee basis. You agree to pay all fees and charges on time, and Company may terminate or suspend your access to the service if payment is not received. Fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties. For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level, your credit card will automatically be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle.
When you create an account with the Service, you guarantee that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccuracy, incompleteness, or obsolescence in the information may result in the immediate termination of your account on our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and passkey/password, including but not limited to restricting access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or passkey/password, whether your passkey/password is with our service or a third-party service.
As a user of the Service, you may submit content. You agree not to post, upload, transmit, distribute, store, create, or otherwise publish any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable. Company is not responsible for any user-generated content and does not endorse any opinion contained in any such material. However, we reserve the right, at all times, to remove or refuse to distribute any content on the service, such as content which violates the terms of this agreement.
In no event shall Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Customer acknowledges and accepts that project forecasts are affected by a great many factors, including but not limited to the Customer's own ability to deliver, and agrees to not hold Company liable for any damages caused by missed deadlines or interruptions of service.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Seattle, Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of the service will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
Company reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
